All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping Offers

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Lively Lumina is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly.
