How often do you add new styles?
We add new styles weekly. Since most pieces are limited, our inventory changes often and new drops are always worth checking.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Most styles at Lively Lumina are limited pieces and will not be restocked. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.
How do I know my size?
Please check the measurements and size details listed on each product page. If you need extra help, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer store credit returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Exchanges are available based on stock. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $75.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once it has been processed.
